Full Moon Ceremony
Release • Realign • Rise
The Full Moon offers a natural moment to pause, turn inward and create space for what comes next.
Join us for an immersive evening of sound, stillness and sacred ritual, designed to bring you back home to yourself.
This month, we are placing a deeper focus on the transformative experience of sound healing, with a 14 Himalayan Singing Bowl Chakra Journey facilitated by Amira Jadwat, alongside Kiara Govender of The Urban Geisha.
The Sound Journey
Immerse yourself in the powerful frequencies of the 7 Chakras as we journey through 14 Himalayan singing bowls.
Each bowl is tuned to a chakra, creating an immersive sonic experience that invites deep relaxation, energetic balance and nervous system regulation. Allow the resonance of the bowls to move through you, quieting the mental noise and creating space for stillness, presence and restoration.
The Inner Journey
The evening also includes:
Yin Yoga
Slow, grounding movement to soften the body and turn your awareness inward.
Yoga Nidra
A deeply restorative guided practice inviting the body and mind into profound rest.
Guided Journaling
An opportunity to reflect, release stagnant energy and create clarity in your intentions.
Fire Ceremony
We close the evening around the fire — creating a ritual space for release, reflection and renewal as we prepare for the next cycle of our creation.
Together, these practices invite us to tend to the physical, emotional, mental and energetic layers of our wellbeing — creating space to release, replenish and reconnect with ourselves.
